The Society of Petroleum Engineers’ (SPE) Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) takes place both virtually and in-person in Dubai from 21 to 23 September 2021, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since its inception 97 years ago, this flagship event has continued to build on its foundation of technical excellence with every consecutive edition, and is one of the highlights of the global energy industry’s event calendar.

Themed ‘The New Oil and Gas Journey: Agility, Innovation, and Value Creation’, this year’s three-day programme features an Opening Ceremony, a CEO Plenary Session, 5 Panel Sessions on topics like Transitioning to Net Zero: Governments and Corporations; Post Pandemic Business Models and Strategies; Accelerating the Uptake of New Technology Applications; Funding Future Projects: Access to Capital, Risk Management; and Energy Mix Collaboration.
