The Organizing Committee of the 23rd World Petroleum Congress recognizes that partnering with Houston’s network of diverse-owned businesses is a powerful multiplier for innovation, economic growth and community development.
We aim to create lasting value through our business activities and commit to engaging with suppliers that reflect the diversity of the Houston market and share our core values in order to fulfill our important mission.
The global audience convening in Houston for the 23rd World Petroleum Congress may require the talent of our local market. Our goal is to provide a curated list of experienced, minority—owned businesses within the Greater Houston region to have available for our visitors. We welcome registrations into the Supplier Diversity Program that meet the following criteria:
- The participating company must be 51% minority, women, LGBTQ, veteran-owned or disabled-owned.
- Business should serve the Greater Houston region.
- Supplier goods and services must match the approved supplier categories and match scope and capability requirements outlined by individuals requesting services and/or products.
